Braceframe Web (remote studio in Sri Lanka, working UK business hours)

You pay £0 until you have verified the working site.
It costs nothing to look. Already have a preview link? Open it here.
Proof
We show no testimonials or client logos. Here is what you can see or ask for yourself, before any money changes hands.
Working on its own preview link, with your services, your phone number and your reviews.
Exactly what you are given on the day your site goes live.
The name and public profile of the person building your site.
Ask, and we will arrange one in UK business hours.
How it works
A finished one-page site made from your business’s public details. It costs nothing to look.
Nothing to pay
Pick a package by email or WhatsApp. We note who at your firm can give us instructions.
Nothing to pay
A short checklist: phone number, address, company details, services, claims and photos. We apply your revision rounds.
Nothing to pay
The finished site goes on a private link. Test it on your own phone, then approve it in writing.
Nothing to pay
The invoice is due in 7 days, by UK bank transfer from your company’s account. Within one working day of payment we connect your domain and send your handover pack.
Due in 7 days
Zero deposit
Test the preview on your phone. If you love it, we connect your domain and hand over full ownership for £395. If you don't, you pay £0 and we part as friends.
Engineering
The same engineering and the same checks behind every site we build.
One manifest
Your layout, facts, services, reviews and photos live in one document. The preview, your private test link and your live site are all built from it, and our tools refuse to put any other version live.
Edge hosting
Your finished site is static files on Cloudflare Pages, served from its global network with SSL renewed automatically. There is no server, plugin or database for you to keep up to date.
0–100 phone audit
Our audit opens a site on a 360-pixel phone screen and scores it out of 100 by fixed rules. A site of ours has to score 90 or more before you see it.
Pass mark before you see it90/100
Safe DNS
We never change your nameservers or any mail record. To connect the domain you already have, we ask for two web records and nothing else, so Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your current mail host carries on as it is.
| Record | What happens |
|---|---|
| www | CNAME added, pointing at your new site |
| Bare domain | Forwarded to www, unless your mail relies on it |
| Nameservers | Untouched |
| MX (email) | Untouched |
| SPF, DKIM, DMARC | Untouched |
We record your DNS before and after the change. If your nameservers or mail records differ, the go-live stops.
Designs
Every site is one page of ten sections, built for a phone first: a call button you can reach with a thumb, your services, your Google reviews, the areas you cover and the answers customers ask for. You choose the design.
Rounded cards and a clean, modern heading face.
The all-rounder. It suits most firms.
Serif headings on a warm paper ground.
It suits established firms, and slate, stone or lead work.
Heavy headings and a large call button.
It suits firms that take emergency call-outs.
Trades
Roofing is the first trade we build for: our three designs, services list and photo library started there. Builders, electricians, heating and ventilation engineers, engineering firms and specialist commercial trades get the same steps, the same checks and the same zero-deposit terms.
Prices
The same prices for everyone, with no deposit, no discounts and no instalments. Our packages are for UK limited companies: the invoice is made out to your company and paid from its business account.

from £850by written quote
For more than one page can hold. A quote lists each add-on with its own fixed price:
No deposit. Each part is built, approved and paid for one at a time.
Or manage the site yourself at no charge: we send you the complete site as a ZIP file.
Ownership
The exported website files, the text written for you and your domain are yours to keep, move, edit or hand to another developer, with nothing more to pay. We keep the right to reuse our own template designs.
We never hold a site or a domain hostage. A domain we registered for you is transferred to you on request, for no more than the registry’s own fee.
On the day your site goes live: the complete site as a ZIP file, a plain-English note of where it is hosted and how to move it without us, the licence of every image and font, and your DNS records before and after.
Search rankings, enquiries or sales.

We are a remote studio in Sri Lanka, working UK business hours. We have no UK office and never claim one.
No. Nothing is payable until you have tested the finished site on your phone and approved it in writing. There is no deposit and no card on file.
We never change your nameservers or any mail record, so email on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your current host stays as it is. To connect a domain you already have, we ask for two web records: a CNAME for www, and a forward of the bare domain to it.
You do, from the day the build fee is paid: the files, the text written for you and your domain. Keep them, move them, edit them or hand them to another developer.
That is a bespoke job under Tier 3: extra service or area pages, a blog, project galleries, a booking link or a cost estimator. It starts from £850, by written quote, and each part is paid for only after you have verified it working.
Not at present. Our packages are for UK limited companies: the invoice is made out to the company and paid from its business bank account.
You choose: a Care Plan at £29 a month or £295 a year, or you manage the site yourself at no charge, and we send you the complete site as a ZIP file.
Previews are not listed anywhere, and search engines are told not to index them. Each one stays up for 14 days unless you ask us to keep it. Open yours from our message, or paste the link at the bottom of this page.
Tell us your company name, your trade and your website, if you have one. If we can build for you, we will send you a link to try on your phone. It costs nothing to look.
